I saw an artwork in on stray.art, but it’s not listed in the shop. Can I still buy a print of it?

Absolutely! If you found a piece you love on stray.art but don’t see it in the store, just send me an email. The pricing will be the same as the prints that are listed—no surprises there! I’ll be happy to make it available for you.

When will I get my print? Where can I track it?

Every single print is made on demand—no warehouses, no stockpiles, just freshly produced art using the highest-quality printing methods I could find. This means a slightly longer fulfillment time, but it also guarantees top-tier quality with every order—no rushed bulk printing here!

Your print will take about 3 days to be produced before being handed over to DHL for shipping. As soon as I’ve seen and processed your order, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What type of paper or materials do you use for your prints?

Only the best for your walls! I use archival pigment printing on fine art cotton paper, ensuring rich, vibrant colors and museum-quality longevity. This means your print is not only stunning but also built to last—just like all great art should be.

Can I get a print on a material other than paper or canvas?

Possibly! If you’re interested in prints on metal, acrylic, or any other material, just reach out via email. I’ll check my options and send you a quote. Some artworks shine on alternative surfaces, and I’d love to help you find the perfect match.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes! If you need a size that’s not listed in the shop, send me an email, and I’ll see what’s possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request while maintaining the best possible quality and aspect ratio of the artwork.

Do you ship worldwide?

Right now, I ship exclusively within Europe. If you’re outside of Europe and want a print, send me an email! I’d need to work with different suppliers where I don’t have direct control over the print quality, but we can discuss possible options.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked—just make sure the print is in its original condition. Since I don’t provide return labels, shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. To start the process, simply contact me, and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

Custom prints or personalized orders, however, are non-refundable—after all, they were made just for you!

Do you offer framing services or recommendations?

Prints arrive unframed, giving you the freedom to choose the perfect frame to match your space and style. If you’re looking for a recommendation, I’ve personally used rahmenversand.de for my own prints and have been happy with their quality.

How should I care for my print?

Treat your print like the delicate masterpiece it is! Here are a few simple tips to keep it looking its best:

  • Handle with care – Always hold your print by the edges or wear gloves to avoid fingerprints and oils from your hands.
  • Keep it dry & cool – Avoid high humidity or direct contact with water (bathrooms and kitchens aren’t ideal homes for fine art).
  • No direct sunlight – While the pigments are long-lasting, prolonged sun exposure can cause fading over time.
  • Frame it well – A glass or acrylic frame protects your print from dust, moisture, and accidental spills.
  • Store it flat – If you’re not framing it immediately, keep it in its original packaging or store it flat between acid-free sheets.
